This original terrace set in the tight streets of Newtown, converted from a dark 2-bedroom adjoining terrace to a new 4 Bedroom family home. Keeping to the strict Council rules of retaining the existing terrace’s roof, in a Heritage Conservation area, with careful planning and articulate design, we were able maximise the site allowing a car space, and 2 additional rooms and bathroom.
